Dependable phones and networks for public offices, with options laid out plainly before anything is bought.

What It Takes

What city and county offices need from their technology

Options on paper

We are vendor-neutral: you see the choices and what each involves, which suits a purchase that has to be justified.

Phones the public can reach

Menus, routing and voicemail that get a resident to the right department.

Records kept and recoverable

Backups and access controls for the systems a public office cannot lose.

In the Twin Ports

Government in Duluth and Superior

Government is on the list of industries we serve from our office on Tower Avenue in Superior: city and county offices across the Twin Ports and the Northland. The Census business surveys do not count most organisations of this kind, so there is no local figure to give here.

Wisconsin's breach-notice law (Wis. Stat. 134.98) applies to state and local government bodies as well as businesses: people must be told within 45 days when their personal information is acquired by someone not authorised to have it.
