Superior is where we are
Our office is at 1507 Tower Avenue, Suite 309. When a Superior business calls (855) 770-9127, it reaches a team that works in the same town, Monday to Friday, 8 to 6, and that installs and teaches its systems at the customer’s own location.
Internet and phone options for Superior businesses
Business phones, card payments and most software now run over the internet connection, so what a Superior office can get at its address shapes everything else. The FCC’s National Broadband Map (data as of December 31, 2025) counts 13,464 locations in the city of Superior. Cable is reported for business service at about 98% of them, the copper network at 86%, and fixed wireless at about 92%.
By provider, Charter (Spectrum) reports business service at 98.5% of Superior locations and Brightspeed at 86.2%. AirFiber reports fixed wireless at 73.1% and T-Mobile at 60.5%, which is a wider wireless choice than most towns this size have.
Superior also has something its neighbours do not: a city-owned fibre network. ConnectSuperior is an open-access network the City of Superior is building in phases, which means the city owns the fibre and more than one internet provider can sell service over it. The FCC’s data shows it at about one location in ten so far, and fibre of any kind at about 13% of locations.
We are vendor-neutral, so none of this is a sales pitch for one of them. We check which of these reach your building, compare them against how your office uses its phones and internet, and recommend a combination, including a second connection of a different kind for the day the first one goes down.
The businesses Superior runs on
The industries we serve are the ones Superior has. The Census Bureau’s 2022 Economic Census counts them in the city:
- Retail. 116 establishments employing 2,104 people, the largest group in Superior. A store needs card payments that never stall, a point of sale that matches its inventory, and guest wi-fi kept apart from the till.
- Healthcare. 97 health care and social assistance establishments with 1,594 employees. Calls have to reach the right desk, and patient records have to be backed up and restorable.
- Logistics. 35 transportation and warehousing establishments employing 1,131 people, more jobs than the city’s health care offices have in a third as many establishments. Dispatch, yards and offices have to stay connected to each other.
- Professional and financial services. 49 professional offices and 45 finance and insurance establishments, where the work is client data and the priorities are backups, access control and a help desk that picks up.
- Manufacturing and construction. Counted by county: Douglas County has 54 manufacturers employing 2,057 people and 91 construction establishments. Shop floors and job sites need phones and connections where an office network was never planned.
Schools, government offices and nonprofits also appear on the list of industries 1 Call Technologies serves. The Census business surveys leave most of them out, so no number is given for them.
What Superior customers have said
Two of our Google reviews are from businesses here in town. Superior Ice Arena wrote about a new phone system: “I told Matt what our needs would be and he came back with a plan with options for our business. Matt trained on the options of the system and then set the phone system up to meet our needs.” Northwest Outlet wrote: “1 Call has helped us throughout many years with all of our telephone and internet related needs. Their quality of service and high level of responsiveness has led to an excellent customer experience.”
If you hold customer data in Wisconsin
Wisconsin law (Wis. Stat. 134.98) requires a business to notify people when their personal information is acquired by someone not authorised to have it: within a reasonable time, and no later than 45 days after the business learns of it. When 1,000 or more people must be told, the consumer reporting agencies must be told as well. Knowing where customer data is kept and who can reach it is the first step, and it is what a security review covers.
